New Strom and a questions

Hey all. My new to me 2018 Vstrom 1000 was finally delivered today! Now we just need this snow to get the hell out of here. Just a question about a bag of parts that came in the saddle bag. I am sure what they are. There are two of these steel plates, and three keyed cam locks or something? Any ideas?

Update: Google Pens tells me that the plates are for a lowering kit, which the dealer removed for me. So that's one mystery solved.

That was my thought, but there isn't hard luggage on the bike. Just dry sac saddle bags.

The extra locks are for the OEM luggage if you want them to be keyed alike. They include several when you buy a new Strom.

They come with three when new. For top case and two side cases.
