Hi you all;

I will be moving to the St. Augustine area in December.

Is there any decent Susuki or aftermarket shops that you would recommend for service???

Also are there any motorcycle clubs for an old fart like myself that is retired and rides some 20,000 miles per year.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome , I'm from the west coast not sure about the shops up your way. But there is lots of good riding if you get off the main roads and away from traffic. Keep an on eye on this section there are a few good rides and some great people to meet. Cruzin Al and Iornmoph as well as a few others set up rides every now and then.

I too will be back from Canada, and would enjoy a camping expedition. I will not be able to help organize, but I will try to bring something worthwhile if asked to do so.

St. Augustine

This retired olde farte lives in SA, has a DL 650, is retired, and will ride anywhere anytime. The local Suzuki shop is pretty good, and there is a good independent shop down Daytona way. (If I can just remember it's name)

off to Utah

I am headed to Nevada, and the surrounding canyons next week, should be back in a couple of weeks. Will look into putting something together this fall!

I got lots of bike prep to do before leaving. Keith and Curt have safe rides up North.

Wow Clem, you sure do get around! Have a safe trip out west.
Thanks Greg; if the weather cooperates, I am sure it will be outstanding. I am really psyched about this trip. Have some fine roads to explore and some I am revisiting. Staircase escalante is something to see.

Have you ever been to Glacier NP? I have the itch for that and the Canadian Rockies next year.

Happy trails,

Clem

Allen, I'm sorry if the thread is getting a little off track.

Clem, Staircase is great and you're making me jealous now that I'm back at work. :p I'm a big fan of Bryce Canyon out that way. The colors at sunrise and sunset make me want to cry like a little girl.

I thought you were going to Alaska next year. Yes, I've been to Glacier and thought it was extraordinary. If you're interested, I could be talked into going back to Glacier and the Canadian Rockies next summer.
