Hey guys, looking for recommendations for a good, reliable company to purchase a fuel pump for my 2011 that won’t break the bank. OEM’s looking to cost around $500+. Need to find something priced much lower if possible - maybe aftermarket - if available???? Any ideas???

I’m looking at these for an 05 650.
Don’t think I need an hp version, just trying to decide if I need the pressure regulator and gasket.

I ordered this one this morning for my 05 650.
Figure might as well do pressure regulator while im in there.
Don't understand why they do several kits, with regulator, with seal, but not all together in the standard version.
Maybe get by weekend and get bike running.

Got it, so project tomorrow is get pump rebuilt and mull over doing the filter relocation while I have everything apart.
Have held off out of fear doing the relocation on my 2 other bikes, so since this one is a project bike I picked up might as well learn on it and then do the other 3 down the road.

Well got it rebuilt!
Did a dry run and hooked to bike before putting back into the tank.
What ya know it works! [emoji7]
One note of what to do which I did not!
Snap some pics before disassembly, I took apart a week ago and forgot what wires went where [emoji2959]
2 grounds are easy, 2 powered is what my coworker always called 50/50/90.
You got a 50/50 choice and 90% of the time you will be wrong [emoji848]
Now waiting to hear back from Quantum who I bought direct to send me the new regulator I ordered with the rebuild kit.
Old one maybe good, but figure replace it all while in there.
Also started the bypass procedure.
Just have to assemble parts list for all outside the tank parts while waiting for the regulator.
Was scared to do this rebuild and bypass because it’s my first time (losing virginity is scary [emoji16]) but was much easier than I thought.
Now I can do both my running bikes down the road.
Figure screw the pooch on the parts bike and learn than on my registered bikes.
Will completely rebuild pumps with new internals when I do the bypasses on my 07 650 and 06 1000.
