Just an FYI - it's on Thomas street just before Goodale park. They pulled me over, asked if the bike was registered, checked inspection sticker, etc. didn't check the papers though. All took less than a minute but it still sucks being pulled over for nothing.

I saw this in Germany a few years ago. They were just a teensy bit more thorough.
