Member location and help available

Wondering why member general location isn’t revealed on site.STOWNERS seem to do it without any issues as far as l know.
We also have a voluntary RAN LIST; in which members indicate trailer bike pickup,tools/ garage tyre changes,sleeping,or camping etc.Sometimes a cold beer or service manual available.

Maybe it has been tried in the past?Nice way to help and meet some folks?

It's been asked on here a few times before. Personally, I'd be wary about posting that sort of information in any publicly searchable form, but if only available to proven members (similar to our for sale restrictions as an example) then I'd consider it.

I think some of that info was available before, but seems to not be the case now. I think, for example, you could have a "garage" on the site.
