There parts are from the factory, not madstad. Suppose to have 4 screws with the plastic shoulder washers, only had 3 on the bike, must have fallen off.

Do you have spare household plumbing washers?? Like those from a faucet repair kit, just until you find what you want, or cut one out of a plastic lid.

I just need 1 plastic shoulder washer that hold down the windshield that screws into the well nut.

Mate I'm trying to recall my madstad install and it was down a washer,I believe it was right at the front,can you explain "shoulder" washer to put me in the ballpark.

Maybe I'm just missing the point but...
If the missing washer isn't from MadStad and you are saying the washer is from the factory I would have to suggest you call the dealer and order one. Can't cost more than a couple bucks.
