Is that for a quick-detach luggage rack by SW-Motech?

I think so,, I looked at their website and they are exactly the same,,, I emailed them for that part but got no response back. I guess it is not worth for them to answer if I am not buying the whole set. I have to EDIT this comment. Due to my spam settings ,,the SW Motech email ended there. I must apologize for my assumption that this company does not care about their costumers... They do not have the parts but will get one for me from Germany!!!

I had those quick-detach racks on a 2005 DL1000. I bought them from Twisted Throttle. And they did order some spare parts for me at some point. Perhaps try dealing with a reseller like Twisted Throttle? They will have a higher priority communications channel with the manufacturer.

I agree with @LazyRs, I'd try Twisted Throttle, even though SW-Motech should be just up the road, so to speak, from you. TT has always been helpful in the past with SW-Motech issues. Good luck.
