LED's have come a long way in the last 15 years.
Where headlight LED's once needed a ballast with extra wiring, and would emit light scatter to blind oncoming vehicles, today the good ones are a direct replacement. All of those other bulbs like the T10 are the same.
Indicator bulb LED's are an issue as they draw so little power that they "hyperflash" on early DL650's and you will need to replace the flasher unit with one of these:
I have had these Auxito H4's fitted for years with no issues at all. Unlike some LED's the base is the same size as the OEM halogens and a straight swap.

They seem unavailable at the moment but these are similar.
