So I've reached the conclusion those are needed for the life I wanna lead with my Strom.

Has anyone installed those on a 2017+ 650 and knows if the electrical/brake/clutch/throttle needs to be extended?
If so, where should I get longer cables? (someone that can ship to Israel in decent time)
And how do I know which length cables do I need?

I can tell you I put 2” Rox risers on my 2014 650 and only had to get a longer front brake hose from a vendor on this site. The cables and wires were rerouted behind the forks.

Highwayman2016, it's illegal to do any work on the controls or breaking system here, plus I don't really have a place where I could work on the bike.
So let's just say that's not an option in this case.

Wow, I didn’t know that. Good luck with any mods then. In Nevada we don’t have any inspections of our motorcycles.

I think you’re right there. Unfortunately there’s not as info out there as the Klr650 I had. Tons of info, videos and products available, but you get that after 30 odd years of being on the market. Hopefully the Vstrom follows suit.

I would contact a reputable Suzuki Dealer or qualified independent shop near you to find out what other lines have the same attchments but are longer. For instance, brake hoses and cables from a DR 650S or RMX 450 might be longer and have the same fittings, and may be in stock or could be ordered.
