I figure a year of birth poll will always provide good age info on members. The old age poll was closed because those replying reached the next step.

Apparently, old age and reading for comprehension are mutually exclusive? :fineprint: :grin2:
Exactly.......how did I know this would happen?

I also wish the current members and new members would fill out ther damn profile, truthfully I wish it were mandatory to join or be able to sell stuff here.

I edited the post title a few hours after I created the thread when I saw what was happening. I should have known better from previous height, weight and inseam polls. Really though, what kind of usefulness could come from everybody posting their birth year? The poll is what it's all about.

:grin2:At 71 right about middle in the old guys I ride with the most bunch. The oldest at 76 is so tough.Did a 1,500 mile with paper work early this year on his Ten.. Been to Alaska more than any of us and a number of us have been more than once. Last real long too me day was 015 when two of us cut out a day early from our Colorado eight day ride and camp trip.Did a 900+ day on the Wee with all camp gear and was feeling good next day. Only done one over 1,000 day when 55 on my Nomad. Was 1,030 coming back from Sturgis. Guess its kind of sad to enjoy it but we get a lot of fun out of the looks from hard core looking way younger than us we meet and they find we still ride way more than they do!:grin2: Even still using a motorcycle for about everything have dropped to around 20,000 a year now.Still ride every day just not as far.The now about every day nap is cutting in to my ride time I think!:wink2:

Good for you. I quit riding at 70. It just wasn't that much fun any more.

GW you just lost the need? Stay around as you seem a wealth of MC smarts.I still don't feel right if I don't jump on one of mine and do at least a ten mile loop of the back roads.Often only time out that day. My old 37 truck seems even more fun this time back on the road and the wife likes it so it may cut into riding time? Had it and my 1977 GS750 Suzuki four since 1977. If not for my wife would have so many 30s,50, trucks and cars I sold but really did not want to would look like a dealership. I have been sick in that way a long time.Love old things with wheels.:grin2:

Seems I'm one of the younger folks here. Good to see I make good decisions earlier in life than most of you. :)
We just made 'em a lot sooner than you - like before you were born sooner. ;)
