I'm settled on a VStrom for my next bike but have not yet settled on whether or not I'll want a 650 or the 1000 (different topic for a different day). My question is this; are there any specific model years that I should be avoiding for either the 1000 or the 650??
Right now I've got my sights set on a nice 2003 DL1000 with approx 22k miles on it. It's been maintained well from what I can tell. Anything to watch out for?? I'm planning to take a look at it this weekend so your thoughts are appreciated!
