Hi folks:
First big day of riding (7 hours) from Yakima, WA to Paisley, OR.
Pardon my lack of technical knowledge in advance please

I noticed that when starting the engine, I seem to hear the starter attempting to start up the engine a few times before it actually gets started. In my recollection, it used to start right away. In addition, the voltmeter that I have seems to indicate the voltage dropping to 10.5V at its lowest while starting. In addition, I remove the 12V accessory plug that charges my electronics to make it easier on the bike.
I'm probably slightly paranoid because I'm on the second day of my trip to South America.
Questions:
1) What might this be?
2) Is it something to worry about?
