Lowering an ADV bike can be risky if you have a larger aftermarket skid plate.

All you need is a good curve with a bit of a hump and dip and you can touch down with the skid plate and lose rear wheel grip.
Keep in mind most humps and dips have a sprinkling of oil on them as they tend to knock drops of hanging oil off cars and trucks.

I've seen farkled up ADV bikes touch the skid plate enough to make the back tire hop... and I've seen this on curves that have not very visible humps and dips.

Hanging well of the side of your bike will help in these situations.....

I think it was Honda. I remember the quote, "Get something hot and throbbing between your legs.":grin2:

Coops.
To avoid confusion ;)

"Get something Red hot and throbbing between your legs"

This was a popular "pick up line" back in the day , the question asked of many a young lady,
"how would you like to get something red hot and throbbing between your legs" , or I,ve got something red,hot and throbbing between my legs, would you like to sit on it? !!!

Damn disgusting minded Honda riders!!
A Suzuki rider would never resort to such crudity.0:)

Come to think of it, our V2 is Red....now wheres Dixie?...
I,ve got a question to ask her.....
