I ride Ortega with my nephew all the time, We do cooks on Santigo and carbon canyon runs all the time. Always love to do a nice sunday ride.

Also I have a ride planned at the end of this month the 25th through the 1st of June. My Yearly long ride.

We are leaving Anaheim the 25th of May and heading to Tahoe. Day 2 Tahoe to Klamath Falls, Day 3 Klamath to Crescent city. Day 4 Crescent City to Fort Bragg. Day 5 Fort Bragg to Carmel. Day 6 Carmel to Santa maria. Then Solvang and then on to home. Tried to keep the mileage down with the exception of day 1 that's a long day.

If anyone is interested in picking up part of the ride hit me up.

Have you been through S. Main Divide at the crest of the Elsinore end of Ortega--> Wildomar OHV ---> Tenaja Falls? That's a nice little ride for the Vee. Let me know when you're going to the Ortega again, I'll meet you at Cooks and plan a route.

Blue Jay is in one direction, the Divide in the opposite direction. It's the road where they launch the hang gliders.
