Hello,

Got a few questions. I noticed tonight I had a small oil stain on the floor underneath the links. When I touched It, I noticed I had some oil up closer on the bottom are of the shock. Now, I can't tell you exactly where, because I don't have a manual yet. But, could this be a possible shock leak? or could this be because the "preload" is not high enough for my weight. I just recently bought this from another man that weighted about 180... I weight about 230lbs...

thanks,

Don

Throw some flour on the shock and see if it gets damp. My shock had puked and the rear suspension was just the spring. If you push on the rear seat as the bike is on the side stand does it have resistance to travel? if not the shock is probably dead.
Hard to tell where you are but Sasquatch does a bang up rebuild for a decent price.

Sounds like a leaking shock. "sorry"

I blew the seal on my 09 wee & I could feel the difference before I seen the oil.
