I-70 merging to I-71 in Cols, OH; gray w/ bags; pic

Gray Strom, Givi PLX bags (I think) with topcase, Ohio county 23 tag. Traveling west on I-70 in Columbus, merging onto (or close to ) the I-71 / I-670 W interchange. Rider with Black and gray jacket. 12:10 pm 8-7-11.
