Hi !

I was a bit sloppy when trying to install my motech (which Suzuki GB use as the OEM version, if anyone's interested) crashbars, and I've rounded off one of the hex bolts (which appear to be made out of some metal slightly sturdier than cheese...)

How do I get the bugger out ? I've cut a slot across the top with a dremel, and got a monster screwdriver in there, but no amount of turning (or swearing!) will budge it, and I'm not a little fella...

Should I drill it ? Any better ideas ?

James.

I always have a set of cheap torx bits that I use just for this problem. Find the one that will just start and pound it in. Oh, and the impact drivers work great on any screw head fastener.
