My mind just functioned. My Pelican cases were purchased from a company called Caribou. They made the panniers and rack system which used Pelicans. They sold me the liners. If I recall they had 2 sizes.

After reading this thread I came up with this solution for some liners. More cost effective than motorcycle specific items and probably more durable.
