A little video of my ride on Saturday on the Hampster Trail in NH. Started in Lincoln Plantation, ME and rode up to Boundary Pond then back down to Errol, NH. Over 100 miles of dirt over 5 hours. Trail info can be found on ADVRider.

Wow that's a long ride on dirt. Cool video. Was that a side trip to Rhubarb pond or did you have to push through that watery area in front of you?

That was Rhubarb Pond. The road forks and left goes to Boundary Pond and the right goes to Rhubarb. The road continues past Rhubarb, but I didn't want to press it. The map shows it dead ends a couple miles further up.

Great song choice,… love the Eagles! It made watching your video even better. I hope to get my Wee up to Maine some time. Living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Quebec City and Montreal are a couple of our favourite destinations and although I really want to find my way through norther Maine I've yet to do it, typically opting for the Trans Canada or I-95 to bangor or Newport (??) then heading west into New Hampshire, Vermont, up to la belle province. Anyway I'm sure you NE riders know what I'm talking about. Thanks for making my night a little brighter.

A quick fast forward view of the vid show it being a loverly ride along a dirt path with a hedge row of trees all along.
As Spock would say, "Interesting".

I've been dying to ride Nova Scotia...lol. I host an event in Sept called The PEEP Show if you care do venture down! We ride the Rangeley Lakes area and White Mountains in NH.

It's only a song long....give it a view...lol The tree lined paths were only a small portion of the ride.

What tires do you run? I look forward to the PEEP show in September and maybe riding some of those dirt roads :)

Hey thanks for the heads-up. I'll keep the Peep show in mind if I get some vacation time in September. If you're ever coming my way give me a heads up. I can take you on some great roads.

I think you're fibbing . I didn't see a single hamster in the entire video .:wink2:

Just kidding - every peep show I've been able to attend has been a blast . Thanks Pete !

Actually, they were about the only critters I saw all day. Though there were quite a few hawks, so that could have explained it...
