Anyone run both a halogen and LED bulb at the same time on their dual headlight bike?
In all my reading about too much wattage draw if adding too much stuff, not enough draw if running LEDs, running only one headlight to save wattage...etc...it's a real puzzle.
I've looked at the wattage I need and going to a halogen/LED combo should work.
Any known issues with going this route?

The only reason for concern that LED's might cause an issue is if your electrical system (i.e. the voltage regulator) became faulty.
I'm going to suggest that 95% of the time you are better off, and especially so if you have added any electrical accessories. I changed my WeeStrom to LED headlight bulbs years ago and have had no electrical failures at all apart from indicator issues after washing the bike.

My total electrical add-ons are a dash cam and occasionally, a GPS.

Also I would not like the visual clash of halogen vs. LED light colour.
