On the opposite side of the coin....
I recently emailed the parts dept of a Wpg suzuki dealer, using the sites provided form.
2 days later I got an auto reply stating how important my business is and that a "parts specialist" would reply within 24 hrs. That was almost 2 wks ago.
Once again, another good reason I buy 99% of my bike needs online from the US. Wish it didnt have to be that way, but....:headbang:
