I've been googling for a few nights now and cannot find anywhere in OZ that sells the Givi pannier frames for the Wee? There seem to be few that supply the panniers but don't seem to advertise the frames?

Are the ones on the Suzuki site Givi's? And are there cheaper options ...

I have found some OS that I could get to the front door for about $240 ...

Are there any local options?

Yes Twisted Throttle is where I found some .... about $160 US plus $80 postage ... just thought there may have been local options. Tried Ron Angel and seems just imports them from when you Order anyway? Not tried MCA ...

My mechanic has direct contact with Givi rep., I will try to get details.

I'm thinking of selling my Givi panniers and rack and replacing with smaller alloy top load panniers.

Any Suzuki dealer would be a good place to start.
Givi is imported into Australia by Ron Angel and virtually any motorcycle dealer or accessory shop in the country can buy wholesale from Ron Angel if they want to.

OK. I'll give it a go ... seems logical that they are the Givi frames since the advertise the Givi panniers as well ... just thought they would be able to be obtained cheaper elsewhere?
Your question was where can you buy them not where s the best price. Any motorcycle business in Australia should be able to source them for you. If you want a good price locally try Brian at Bike Mart in Ringwood, Victoria.

There are cheaper options, or I might sell you my frames and panniers complete.

I'm still looking to fit something that opens on top and gives more room for the pillion's feet.
I really don't need the capacity the Givi's have.

Thin one I have the Givi frames because I have Givi panniers, got them on consignment from the 07 run out off the local dealer and in hind at $900 for the full set a great deal, they are good frames and as kiwi has said-take the lock tabs off and they will suit any soft luggage, trying to gouge a price will be difficult on frames alone.

Thank you for the input ... have sourced a pair of pannier frames at a Sydney Suzuki dealer ... will follow Kiwi's suggestion on another thread and remove the bits and pieces and use soft bags ...

I think that is the way to go Thin, the givi panniers I have are just too big but they were the right price-pain in the arse to carry up to the pub room etc,the good thing here is you can collate a lot of info and use that to make a choice,I have a big trip planned for 2013 and I'm sure Andy strapz soft bags will replace the hard cases--must say though I will never part with the top box--slr camera and the bits and pieces I like the security of the top box.
