I've finally finished the re-wiring of the accessories.. Each one has been relocated to the fuse block in hopes of getting them off the battery. For whatever reason, I'm finding that only some of them work when connected to the block. Once they are reconnected to the battery, they work just fine. Here's how the block is connected:

85 plug to running light
87 plug to + battery with 30A fuse
30 plug to + terminal of fuse block
86 plug to ground of fuse block

Each accessory is fused, either through the fuse block or an in-line fuse (that already had come with the wiring).

Any ideas on why some of the accessories would work and others wouldn't?

I don't see a mention of the 86 connector or the fuse block ground going to the battery negative post. One or the other has to be done in addition to what you posted. Strange electrical behavior is often about improper grounding as current finds its way to ground through some loads.

Thanks, grey.. I think I did run a ground wire from the block to the negative battery terminal, but it's entirely possible that I completely forgot about it. I'll go back and give it another look.
