Initial turn in on curves will be a little bit slower. Probably not an issue as the TK isn't intended to be "sporty". After the first 15 minutes you will be used to it.

Check your clearance on the fender. Friend of mine used a different brand in that size and wore a hole in the front fender. It spun fine, but tires expand in height at speed. Clearance was about 1/8" on his early 650.

Agreed -- you probably won't explode or die or anything, but clearance will be very tight and could be an issue. And yeah, assuming it doesn't wear holes in your bike, it'll definitely feel a little weird for a while, and handling won't be as good as it should be.

Here some measurements from a tire size calculator app. Looks like you won't see much difference, biggest change is the width.
