So, I twas taking off my front wheel and managed to snap the end of the ABS sensor off. Can I glue it back on?? Do I need it to operate the bike? I recognize I wouldn't have ABS, but are there other problems? Can I source one anywhere besides the dealer? And yes I feel like dolt for not removing it first!!!
I am going to replace my brake pads while the wheel is off. I am getting pulsing in the front brake during application, the discs don't appear to have excessive run out, so I wonder if it is glazing and how I might best rectify that.
Thanks in advance
Randy

You can try to glue it back together. Maybe the circuit didn't get damaged. IF the ABS light stays on I'd say it's broke.

Check fleabay for another used sensor.

As far as the brake pulsing, try cleaning the discs with brake cleaner and a Scotchbrite pad. That has worked for me as long as the discs aren’t tweaked.
