When I went to their website, I found this on the main page :

The Foothills Music Foundation would like to
thank everyone for their support and
participation these last 6 years. There will,
however, be no Foothills Blues and Arts
Festival in 2012. We hope to be able to
recharge, regroup and return again in 2013.
Please check back often for updates regarding
future dates and times.
