I'm having my forks straightened after a get off a few weeks ago and the guy doing the work needs to know what fork oil I want. Since this is an opportunity to make a change, what would you guys recomend?

I'm about 250# and ride failry aggressively, but I also don't like a really harsh ride. Don't go off road much either.

7.5 weight and while you have the chance change out the stock springs.

What were the forks doing that you didn't like, and what are they doing after the 7.5 / wilber's modification?

They were way too soft and gave a lot of brake dive. With the firmer springs and heavier fluid the ride is much better. More smooth and much less brake dive.

I went with 150mm airspace when fully compressed without springs in place. That was right at 500ml per fork tube.
