After much comparison, careful thought and some hand-wringing, I've decided to go with the "Wee" for my next bike. I think I'm going to hold out for a '12 rather than pull the trigger on an '11 now. Anyone have reasonably solid info on a release date or price?

They usually start showing up around November. I haven't heard anything about price, but would expect something close to $9k.

I agree - wait for the 2012 if buying new. Despite all the hand wringing it appears Suzuki made enough significant changes to make it a better bike. Of course, it should reduce the price of leftover 2011's.

There's some good deals on cycletrader on new 2011s. A VA dealer has em at $6,499.
