I searched without any luck.

Is there a bracket out there or is there a specific garage door opener to put on a bike?

Digging around in my jacket with gloves on is begining to become cumbersome with colder weather coming in.

I have an SW-Motech tankbag and I just stick the opener in the map pocket. Not very elegant, but it works.

Here are a couple of commercial options:

I use a different option; on several different bikes I have created my own system by purchasing a mini-remote that works with my opener. I buy a momentary switch from Radio Shack and mount it in the cowl or dash of my bike; I wire it to the mini-remote and use Velcro to tuck it out of the way. The garage door opens with a touch of the momentary switch. Here are detailed instructions, complete with pics:

Great idea on the remote switch.

I normaly keep a key chain type unit in my tank bag. This works as long as I have my tank bag on and it doesn't rain too hard. I now have a winter project.

thanks

I just clip mine on the brake line on the handle bars. Worked good for years.
