Failure to Launch 2005 V

Okay,

I have 2005 V and she was running like a champ yesterday. Today, after a bath I was unable to get her to start. I checked the engine cut off, as it's no the first or last time I've tried t run a bike with it off. After reading an older forum I plugged in my clutch line that had pulled loose. However, she still isn't turning over and I am unable to shift into another gear.
Thoughts?

Is there a "chec" being displayed, is it turning over at all? I assume that you know it won't start unless the clutch is pulled in, and what do you mean you are unable to shift into another gear? Make sure it is in neutral, pull the clutch in and make sure sidestand is also up....will it still not turn over?
