I had been doing a little electrical diagnostics on my '09 Wee to rule out a bad R/R. Finally decided to put the bike back together. Connected the R/R couplers back up. Put the fuel tank back on, hooked everything up there. Put the key in the ignition, turned to on, and fired up the bike.
The bike ran for ~30 seconds. Seemed to start right away and run smoothly. I noticed that the gauge needles did a few sweeps of the instrument cluster... Well, that's unusual
and then the bike cut out completely.
Now when I put the key to the on position, I get my PC8 peripherals turning on (my aux driving lights, my volt meter), but there is no power to the main circuit of the bike. No fuel pump activation, no main lights, no lighting up of the gauges. I don't see any obvious smoke, and the battery has good voltage.
Any suggestions on where to look?
