Economy front forks rebuild

Been reading through old posts.

Have 04 650 with 96k on it. Olin shock on back. Fronts need some work, but this is my limited use offroading/hunting bike that I normally use during fall. Ride the other bikes for the rest of summer.

Hence the economy rebuild.

I'm damn sure I'll replace the spring with heavier for my 230lb. Which I should have done a while ago.

I looked at these emulators... Not sure I want to go that far. Suggestions? Just go for the spring and new bushings?

With your mileage replacing bushing, seals, and fluid wouldn't be a waste of money. With your weight and off roading, heavier springs would be a good idea, maybe with heavier fluid. I'd start with that and see how you like it. Personally with the limited use you seem to use the bike I wouldn't spend much more.
