Have you seen the cheaper adjustable lowering links for eBay used? The new to me bike has them installed by PO and the 12x111mm bolts are too short to engage into the locking feature of the nut. McMaster Carr has 12x120mm bolts. Is this the solution (will the aluminum turnbuckle last) or find solid dog bones or buy Soupys links? :confused:

The lowering links usually use the stock hardware..... So your problem is either the links are too fat or the bolt is aftermarket

es, the cheap ebay links are too fat to be used with the stock bolts. I'm solving it by removing the adjustable links and returning to stock height.
