I've been double-billed from VerticalScope, again. I had a $20 charge through payPal in February and now another $20 billed in March. I cancelled the autopay on PayPal but need to have my $20 returned. So far, no response from the Administrator.

Anyone else seeing this happen to them?

One typical reason for double billing is a double click on the acceptance page. Another is a paid member may sign up after the year's membership is up, not realizing the old PayPal charge was for a subscription that is automatically renewed yearly. I'll try to contact Administrator again.
