I have am planning my winter farkle schedule and have been planning to add an eastern beaver kit.

I was researching HID light kits a few days ago. From what I can see, the addition of a HID light kit includes a relay.

So, if I decide on the HID route do i no longer benefit from an eastern beaver kit or are there other reasons to have it as well?

HID kits I've seen include a relay. Nothing else is needed.

Thank you for the clarification.

Which brings the question to mind. With HID kits being in the $70 range, it seems the logical thing to do as opposed to the eastern beaver.

It is only slightly more for a lot better system all around. PLUS, less power consumption. Seems like the best choice.

If you do your own wiring, relays are about $10. My VVME kit HID kit was about $70 list but there was $21 shipping. The HID kit from Futurevision was $250. Costs are all over the place.
