Circuit component Passive circuit component Electrical wiring Hardware programmer Electronic engineering

Circuit component Electrical wiring Cable Bag Electronic device

a constant live connexion even with the ignition switched off the power is on the red and white.

What is you battery voltage:
1. When ignition has been off for a while
2. Ignition turned on, lights on
3. When cranking

hi
with ignition off 16.59v with it on 15.78v and cranking 14.67v its a new battery this will come down as was on charge
First, You will need a good wiring diagram, hopefully with component location, factory manual. You may have one. Sounds like a possible power or ground problem.
Good Battey voltage should be 13.5 to 14.5 volts.
Good ground voltage should be near zero volts.
Test all fuses first.
Then remove and clean all ground connections.
Test all power and ground terminals at computer. Being very careful not to damage female terminals.
If all are ok load test them
Power and ground load testing can be done with a old headlamp bulb this will confirm strong circuits.
Test patiently and record readings so you know what you have done.

Your meter is way out of calibration.
Have you looked for codes in dealer mode ???

Pull one fuse at a time to see if it changes.

The pump priming sounds like a ECU issue
