A previous employer was a DHL supporter, they earned the Title, "Day and a half late!" or "Dont have load" while dealing with them...
If you need VStrom Stuff, check out Blair at SV racing... he has a guy.... guaranteed no surprises when the stuff arrives...
Here in BC there is a place just across the Border called "Ship Happens"... it is like a depot on the US side for people just over here to ship to... Do not know if there is something in the Buffalo or NF New York area similar...
