Well any idea what to look for? I've been all through the system. Could I have damaged the computer with the cruise Control wiring?
I doubt it. It is so likely to be a physical restriction, I can't emphasize it enough. Try turning the throttle down beyond its resting place and see if you can see where the linkage stops the motion. Also open the throttle and let it spring closed. Its stop should be audible. Make sure the hose is on the ISC valve. A second pair of eyes may see something you don't.

It's now idling perfect when it's cold... Once it warms up the idle goes bonkers. And throws the code.... Idle at start after it idles down is about 1400... After it reaches operating temp it goes to 1600 then the light comes on...

That vacuum hose is connected securely? At both ends?

And you're certain all the stock linkage moves freely?

All electrical connections are fastened securely?

What has been changed that now allows a proper cold idle speed?
