Cranks well - no start

Confused today. Did the magnet fix, put everything back together - started and ran perfectly. Gave it a wash and took it for a short ride. Tested the charging but my meter was acting up, so I threw a charger on the battery and let it load up. Removed the battery today and retested - 13.2 V. Put it back in tonight, reset the clock and tried to fire it up. Everything acted like it should - fuel pump ran, needles swept, oil pressure light went off, but did not fire. Cranks like it should, but just wont hit. This is a bike that was running at the first spin yesterday - and now. Totally confused. 04 1000

Determine if it’s lack of spark or lack of gas, go from there.
Something changed from one day to the next, what was it?
No codes? Did the tip over sensor get knocked out of place? Something else get disconnected? did some water from the washing find its way somewhere like the plug wires ?
Mine quit while riding. Pull the fuel like off the tank. If it pours out then the fuel pressure regulator has fallen off. Mine just did this last week.
Any unburned fuel smell from the exhaust? That can help narrow down the problem without breaking out the tools.
I wonder whether the crank position sensor is making electrical connection?

Did you open the throttle while cranking, if no try that first.

Look over were you last played.

Check for spark, that will point you in one direction.

If you have spark it is fuel.

If you have no spark Gerts suggestion is a good one.

Replaced the plugs this morning, gas is showing 3 bars on the guage, but added about another 1 ½L. Pulled the rear plug and there is spark. This doesnt make sense - it was running fine on Sunday when I rode it out on our street and back into the garage. If I had any hair, I would be pulling it out.
You need to do fuel flow test.

You will find the instructions on this site.

As Rolex suggested, you need to do a fuel flow test to confirm fuel is flowing and something hasn't gummed up either of the two filters (high pressure and low pressure). But before you jump into that test, simply shoot some starter fluid into the air intake and crank it. See if it fires. if it does, that confirms no fuel flow. Then do the fuel flow test as Rolex suggested. Let us know the results.

(And make certain your kill switch hasn't been bumped, Don't ask why I would mention something so simple.)

Update and Idiot alert - Had a friend over to give his opinion on what was going on. We triple checked everything over again - did the fuel flow test (perfect), checked the rear plug for spark ( it had some, but wasnt real flashy), poured some gas in the rear cylinder and it tried to start, but still wouldnt spool up, so another once over. I failed to mention that this bike has a Power Commander III - when we got to the plugs at the front, we undid them and plugged the stock harness back together - It fired up immediately! Lets take this off, because I can live without it. As we pulled the wires out, all of a sudden (idiot alert) we found the 16 guage ground wire sitting by itself - it came off when the battery was disconnected and wasnt put back on by this guy. Not defending myself, but it should been on a true ground spot and not the battery IMO. Anyways, she is running like a top.
Thank you to everyone for their help and detective work - this guy is his own worst enemy and I promise it wont happen again.
Cheers
