Replied to questions very promptly and helpful/knowledgeable. Skid plate is very well made, extremely happy with it. Shipping was very quick-until it got to Mpls, MN where it took a nap waiting for local courier to bring it up into the north stick country.
They bundle multiple products with flat rate shipping if you ask/inquire.

Edit: I got on the wrong forum section heading. I have a 2007 650, but for the most part thats irrelevant. I would/will buy from them again.
