The coocase top case and the volt kit I have, stopped working due to very poor build quality.

I'll try to fix it myself.

Can anyone identify the exact technical name of the female round connector pointed by the arrow in the image?

Coaxial power connector or DC coax plug?

It's a coaxial connector. Go down to your local Radio Shack and see if they have one that fits. The come in different sizes.
