Clutch spacer "bushing"

Pulled off the rotor cover, clutch slave and sprocket cover to do the magnet repair due to not charging. Heard a noise and now cant find the bushing that went between the clutch slave and the block. Have spent way too much time looking for it - its not outside the bike and I have searched the sump visually and with a magnet to no avail. If it is in the sump, at least its out of the way (hope) - the next problem is, its on backorder with Suzuki and could be anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks to get one. Does anyone have one kicking around, or have the dimensions so I could cut one to fit?

So you are talking about that silver spacer that once of the slave cylinder bolts goes through?

Yes thats the one - tbey arent shy with their pricing - with exchange, shipping and possible duty etc, it would be about $50 -60 CDN to get it here. Thank you for finding it.
FWIW - as I recall it is aluminum. So a magnet isn't gonna help

I don't think there's any way that that spacer could migrate into the sump when all you did was pull the front sprocket cover and the stator cover off. You'd have to split the crankcase for that to be possible: there's no physical path, as far as I know, from the areas that you exposed into the sump, short of physically jamming it through some sort of oil passage. And behind both covers there's not enough space for that spacer to be without obstructing some moving part. If I was tasked with deliberately hiding that spacer somewhere in that area, the only thing I can think of would be to put it around the pushrod #20.

I know you have looked everywhere, but the only advise I can give is to look again.

You took it off after removing the stator cover? OK - yeah you could get it in there. Side note - clean up that JB weld before you put it together. Anything sticking up above the magnets could hit the stator and either destroy the stator or rip the magnet off and grenade it. Ask me how I know ;)

Slave wasnt coming off on its own, so I pulled the rotor cover off with the slave still in it. It was after that the bushing took a high dive - nothing on the floor or anywhere on the outside. Even if its aluminum, you would think that it would make a noise when the magnet hit it, or show up when I shone a light inside as best as I could.

As I recall, towards the front of the left side of the case bottom - there is a pretty deep hole. That is where most of my shattered magnet bits wound up
That part would have to take a very difficult bounce to go between the rotor and the case successfully.
The part is aluminum like @oldjeep stated. It may have rolled or gotten kicked under something.
I’m confused why the slave wasn’t coming off “on its own”. I remove them easily without disturbing the stator cover. The two pieces are independent of each other. However, that’s irrelevant.

Until you find it, you have no idea where it won’t be. I have found things in my shirt pocket that I swore hit the floor.

Searched until I was as blue as my bike - no find, inside or outside. Got my vernier calipers out and measured the length of what the bushing should be -did a bush fix that worked perfectly. Found a couple of "all thread" joiner nuts that were like they were made for the spacer. Drilled out the centers to 1/4" and installed (what a pain) - clutch is working fine. Now why wont it start today??? Ran perfectly last night - new battery, all lights and needles working - just no fire.
