In researching the clutch slave seal failure/fix last year, I thought I read somewhere that some "shields" were being tried to shield the rod from the chain lube buildup. One person was using a plastic straw and another had cut some aluminum tubing IIRC. I've wadded myself up on my MX bike and find myself with some time to fix my leaking (again) seal. So, has anyone gotten a tried and true fix for this problem?
