I'll check that. I put new fluid in a few hundred miles ago.Maybe the piston in the slave cylinder is hanging up
whats the fluid level look like? Is it dirty?
does the lever feel normal?
I changed the oil a few hundred miles ago. Yes, it's for a wet clutch.Maybe the actuator pushrod is not fully releasing?
Did you change the oil recently?
Is the oil motorcycle oil for wet clutches?
There's a bit of crap packed in there, but nothing crazy. Is there a bunch of mud packed into the front sprocket cover ?
some might have found it’s way into the actuator rod housing and is hanging it up?
Did your oil maker reformulate with friction modifiers like rotella did for some viscosities?
Did you also change the oil at the same time as the fluid?
Oil should be fine.API SL JASO MA2 oil. I don't know if they reformulated it.
Yes, I did the brake, clutch and oil at 33,000 miles. I'm around 33,400 now.
Strange it happened all at once though.
Japanese/Suzuki clutches are boringly reliable. I am thinking the service done here is what triggered the failure. Very unlikely this was a coincidence.I'll check that. I put new fluid in a few hundred miles ago.
