Cut off the stock rear fender "extension" and relocated the license plate.
What do you think? Added a couple LED aux. brake lights too.
Made a bracket for the plate and new license plate light. Mounted the bracket using the holes from the stock license plate light.

That is one of the nicer chops. Please do report on how it handles the rain. Might do this one myself.

I did this last year, and while I only got caught in the rain a couple of times, I don't recall any problems.
On the other hand, since my accident I have been having intermittent problems recalling anything important!

now here is a chop

I relocated the lock to under side, and trimed the OE licinse plate holder, and added a new crome plate holder with a built in led lights for the plate.

Pictures, James. We must always have pictures. ;)

You're not concerned about the lock getting too much crud in it with it mounted under the fender?

OK guys. Where's that thread with the step-by-step on posting pictures?

Basically, the pictures must be hosted somewhere online. I use photobucket myself. Once hosted, use the little, yellow, mountain-with-sun button on the tool bar and enter the address for the picture.
