I have chain lube/wax that splattered all over the rear wheel. Any suggestions for a product to remove it without harming the wheels finish? I tried a wheel cleaner solution. It cleaned the dirt and dust but the sticky lube remains.

I use a rag with a bit of WD-40 sprayed on it.

The powdercoat on the wheels is pretty tough. No need to worry about it too much.

2nd vote for WD40. I'll add mineral spirits, kerosene and Honda spray polish/cleaner. Any of those will dissolve that residue.
