Part # 09127-06018. 6x110mm according to the parts fiche. Doesn't give the pitch but usually 1.0 for a 6mm bolt.
BTW, it's not Phillips, it's JIS, (Japanese industrial standard), close but not exactly the same. A Phillips screwdriver could tear up the head. Use the screwdriver from the factory tool kit, it's the proper fit.

Why do you need a bar end weight bolt? Barkbusters come with all the fittings necessary. To fit them you will need to remove the bar end weights but be very careful to not completely remove the bolt which holds all of the parts together. Just loosen the bolt, and wiggle and pull on the weight. it will eventually come out as a complete unit.

I agree - Why? When I switched the the BarkBusters, I bagged the OEM bar end weights and hardware in a ZipLok bag for save keeping for the next owner 20 yrs from now.

BTW, I'm assuming that you might be doing some off-road work if you're looking at BarkBusters. From personal experience (KLR650), you want to have the ends of your handlebars as "clean" as possible went weaving through vegetation. You will quickly be on the ground looking up if the end of the handlebar catches on anything for a second or two at any speed over 3-5 mph.

If you're concerned about vibration, I pulled Grab-On foam covers over my Oxford heated grips. Addressed three issues: 1.) Heated grips; 2.) Vibration dampening; 3.) Increase the size of the grip diameter - OEM feels tiny too me and my hands aren't comfortable curled around a tiny grip for too long.

I believe bar end bolt between the DL1000 and DL650 is different. The DL1000 is longer.

I bought a new bolt from Suzuki for bar end after i got knocked off mine. It was only a few dollars. When i put hand guards on they came with new bolts as they are shorter. I bought the genuine Suzuki ones they were the best for price.
