Hello, so, I've had this weird bogging problem that's been developing with strom 04 650. It feels like there's water in gas up to 3500 rpm(always 3500 now), then it pulls like it normally does from there on in. All shims for valves are within spec, fuel pump has bypass with car filter. Hoses look good. New spark plugs. Feels like a vac leak? Haven't synced the throttle in a while, probably due. Ideas for the weird bog? Thinking look at tps based on searches.

No water in gas, gas swapped.

I like these checkpoints.

There are cups plugging the vacuum lines used for throttle sync. Sync them and make sure these plugs are in good shape.

Can't hurt to run some Seafoam or something similar through the tank, in case it's an injector problem, it may help.

In addition to the spark plug cap check mentioned previously here are a couple of simple things to check:

Have you washed the bike or ridden in rain lately? There is a drain hole in the front spark plug hole that can get plugged and hold water in there. This can cause lower speed misfiring and lack of power. The hole exits on the right side of the engine iirc.

Do you have a voltmeter on the bike? Are the batter terminals done snugly? Low voltage (bad stator can be a cause) or loose batter cable can cause enough voltage drop at low revs to cause misfiring.

Has the base idle changed? Does it do this every time? If you answered no I'm suspicious of the lower TPS.
When mine started acting up I did several resistance sweeps, never saw a hiccup. So I threw one at it, anyway. Fixed. What I'm saying is the testing was inconclusive. It tested fine, although some will fail test. Many things were considered before I threw $100.00 at it.

I'm at 94000 km on bike, this is a new issue. I'll check what you guys mentioned and get back to you.

It's been stored in enclosed trailer for winter. No rain.
