The recommended pressures should be right on the swingarm. I was thinking 33 front, 36 rear, and a lot of people run them lower than that.

I'm not a fan of the solid center rib/contact patch. This is obviously indended to be a high mileage tire. It seems to have a pointy profile right now, because of all the rubber they've given you to wear down. This is going to contribute to the pointy profile till you wear some of that down. If you are running 39 psi in the rear, that's too much.
