I doubt it's the tread pattern.
What I would do is remove and refit each wheel, just to give me assurance that everything is installed correctly, and make sure each tyres are at the recommended pressures (36/42 I expect) from both the bike manual and the tyre manufacturer - and try both if they differ.
And if it's still feeling wrong change the tyres. I recently had a bad handling issue on a tyre that should have been fine but wasn't, you do occasionally get duff tyres.
